I didn't get my sign-in code

Check spam or promotions for an email from [email protected]. Codes expire after an hour, so request a new one if needed.

Can the person on the list see what I bought?

No. Reservations and purchases are only visible to other shoppers, never to the person whose list it is.

How do I add my kids?

Go to Family, tap Add someone, pick Son or Daughter and switch on "Under 13". You'll look after their list.

Can grandparents shop without the app?

Yes. Share a list from Family › Share a list, and they can reserve from the link in any web browser.

How do I join my family?

Ask whoever set it up for an invite code, then tap Join another family and enter it.

How do I change the look?

Tap the gear on the home screen, then Appearance. There are 12 themes.

How do I delete my account?

Tap the gear on the home screen, then Delete my account.
