Wish & Wrap for partners
Wish & Wrap is a family gift-planning and wish list app. Families save the gifts they'd like, organize them by occasion, and shop for each other privately. When someone is ready to buy, they choose a store and complete the purchase on that retailer's own website or app.
Who it's for
Families and the people who shop for them: parents, kids and teens, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. It's built around family occasions like Christmas, Hanukkah, birthdays, Mother's Day and Father's Day. Wish lists are private to each family and the people they share with; they aren't public pages.
Where things stand

How a purchase happens
- Save a wish. Someone adds a gift to their list by barcode, photo, voice, link or typing it in.
- Share the list. They share it with the family members and relatives they choose.
- Pick a store. A shopper reserves the gift privately and taps a store.
- Buy from the retailer. The store's own site or app opens, and the purchase happens there.
Wish & Wrap doesn't sell products, take payments or handle orders. Price, shipping, returns and customer service stay with the retailer.
Where store links appear
Wish lists on the website
Signed-in family members open a wish and tap "Where to buy" to see store links.
Private guest shopping pages
Relatives open a private link from the family, reserve a gift and tap "Where to buy". These pages are not public and not indexed by search engines.
iPhone app
The app shows the same store links. They're ordinary links; affiliate links will only be used in the app after a program approves app use.
Price comparison
Comparing prices across stores is being tested and isn't available to customers yet.
How we handle store links
- A store opens only when someone taps it. No automatic redirects, background visits, hidden frames or link prefetching.
- Every gift shows the same store links in the same order: Amazon first, then the store it was saved from, then other general stores like Target and Walmart.
- A short commission note sits next to the store links, with a link to our affiliate disclosure.
- Affiliate tags never contain family names, emails, list links or anything on a list.
